Organic Ceylon cinnamon is also known as “true cinnamon”. Compared to the more common cassia cinnamon it has a more subtle, delicate and sweet flavour. Cinnamon has a long history both as a spice and as a medicine. Its unique healing abilities come from three components in the essential oils found in its bark: cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate and cinnamyl alcohol.

How to Use:
